Hi ... 6 years ago I had breast cancer mastectomy radiotherapy chemotherapy etc....recovered and then Dec 2019 diagnosed with caecal cancer (ascending colon) emergency operation after visit to a and e.... Recovered from op no stoma and am now on chemo ... capecitabine...so far the chemo hasn't affected me much apart from being tired, but for past 3 days I have been crying for no real reason. I finished the 4th cycle of pills 3 days ago. Is this depression or a side effect.? I am usually a very positive glass half full person.

It sounds like you've had an awful lot to deal with over the last 6 years so it's perhaps no wonder that you're feeling weepy.
As the online community is divided up into cancer specific groups, could I suggest that you join the bowel (colon and rectum) cancer group where you can ask questions, share experiences and get support from others with this type of cancer.
To join just click on the link I've created and then choose 'join this group' on the page that opens. You can then introduce yourself and post questions after selecting 'start a discussion' and join in with existing conversations by clicking on 'reply'.
When you have a minute it would be really useful if you could pop something about your journey so far into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis.
