I'm new here and looking for advice. One side of my vulva area has turned white. The skin is white and looks a bit like LS but I'm not sure. On the other half, my labia minora has disappeared and there is a tiny itchy area. Separate to this, I have had 2 x internal pelvic ultrasounds as it is apparent I have 2 fast growing cysts on my right ovary and one of these cysts is bleeding and to investigate I had an MRI on Thursday last week. I am not sure if it is all linked.
I have been to the doctors twice now in 2 weeks and said they need to examine my vulva and the first lady was rude and said 'well I dont know what colour it was before' and my 'second opinion' said it could be the start of thrush. It looks nothing like thrush and the swabs they took for STDs came back negative. I purchased on Amazon a canestan self testing kit and it showed as negative for thrush or bacterial vaginosis. I have an appointment with gynaecology on June 17th but nobody seems to be listening. I'm really scared about the white part. It doesn't look right. It looks like a restriction to the blood flow. Does anyone have any advice or can you point me in the right direction?
