Hi and a very warm welcome to the online community
I'm very sorry to hear that you've recently been diagnosed with a large tumour on your lung and that you're in a lot of pain.
The community is divided up into cancer specific groups so could I recommend that you join the lung cancer group. I'm not suggesting that you join this group because I think you have lung cancer but because there you'll find others who you can ask questions of, share experiences with and get support.
To join just click on the link I've created and then choose 'join this group' on the page that opens. You can then introduce yourself and post questions after selecting 'start a discussion' and join in with existing conversations by clicking on 'reply'.
When you feel up to it, it would be useful if could pop something about your journey so far into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Edit Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.

Hi
The Community can be a little tricky to navigate when you first join but I'm sure you'll soon get the hang of it.
I've had a look at your latest activity and you haven't joined the lung cancer group yet. If you click here it will take you straight to that group. Then select 'join this group' and, after you've done that, you can start a new post by selecting 'start a discussion' and respond to existing posts by clicking on 'reply' to any that catch your eye.
Once you've joined the group you can alter your notifications to either daily (which I think is the default), weekly, send me every update, or no notifications. You'll find this under the heading 'Email notifications from this group' and, depending on what sort of device you're using, you should see this either at the side or bottom of your screen.
By the way, thanks very much for completing your profile and if you need any further help just reply to my post
