I am really struggling with my emotional roller-coaster had procedures one week ago and was truly grateful for the care I received at a nuffield hospital. But being in the house and garden is not helping what I presume is depression... Crying jags insomnia and closing down during the day. BTW my journey from mamo to this has been only a month so I presume I am still in shock

I'm very sorry to hear that you've recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and it's no wonder that your emotions are in a turmoil.
The community is divided up into cancer specific groups so could I recommend that you join the breast cancer group as you can then ask questions, share experiences and get support from others who will understand what you're going through.
To join just click on the link I've created and then choose 'join this group' on the page that opens. You can then introduce yourself and post questions after selecting 'start a discussion' and join in with existing conversations by clicking on 'reply'.
When you feel up to it, it would be useful if could pop something about your journey so far into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Edit Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
