I'm very new to this game, having been told this Tuesday that I have cancer and yesterday that I will be having a single mastectomy. Because of the whole virus thing, they have said most of my next appointments will be over the phone, so they have already given me the prosthesis for straight after surgery, and advised me to buy bras. The trouble is, I am a 38HH, and it seems most post surgery manufacturers are in the dark ages with sizing! I have literally found one suitable bra, from a company called Macom. I've looked at so many manufacturers/stockists, both mainstream like M&S, and specialists, but to no avail apart from that one. I'm terrified enough as it is, and this isn't helping. I need to get sorted as I don't yet know when my mastectomy will be.
