Hi. New to this community but not new to cancer. I had breast cancer 3 years ago and now have 2ndary bone cancer in my spine. As a result I am struggling to get in and out of the bath. I know there are lifts and things to help but they are not practical as i have a shower over the bath so my husband would have to remove the lift to use the shower. So we are having the bath removed and a walk in shower put in. This means we have to retile the bathroom.
My question is this. Does anyone know if we can get a grant to help with the cost?
