So I had my thyroid removed 4 years ago. I have recently gained weight and feel ice cold all the time. What does not make sense is my diet is the same I have been on Keto for a year and a half and went from 245 to 190 and stayed there for almost a year but recently I started to gain weight and my portions (they have gone down actually) and so I upped my does from 137 to 150 (I had an old bottle of 150 in my medicine cabinet. I have not been to the doctor in a year because my insurance changed. Any ideas of what could be happening? I mean I literally feel like I have ice packs on.
