Pip ds1500

Hello I am new here I have a question about ds1500. I have one of these that my specialist nurse filled in for me a few years ago now I know pip lasts for 3 years and you have to claim again but do I need to send another ds1500 with my claim of do they just use the ds1500 that's in place ?

I'm not well up on the DS1500 form renewal but hopefully someone here who has this in place and has renewed could reply to help give you some more experienced info about this.

There is this page at Citizens Advice Org about renewing DS1500 you could have a look through.

You could also use the Mac free phone support line 0800 808 0000 and ask to speak to one of the Benefits Advisors who usually have all the answers. Best doing this Monday after 9 am when there is a better chance one will be around.

I 'think' you have to fill in the claim form again but if you have the original claim form most of the answers will be the same and can be copied over but the benefits advisor will fill you in on the finer details etc.
