Hi
I wonder if anyone else has had this diagnosis? I had right side ILC 2 years ago and had therapeutic mammoplasty, radiotherapy and on going letrozole. All good now, However, there now seems to be an issue with my left side. Core biopsy revealed some neoplasic changes and this pleomorphism. Now waiting result of excision biopsy. Doing a bit of research, but finding it hard to get to the bottom of what this pleomophism means - especially in terms of likely treatment. Anyone been here before me?? Thanks!

Hi
We have one - it has a ginger cat in it :)
Warm welcome to the Mac Community; noticed you have joined the Breast Group Mike Thehighlander recommended... Great move.
Pleomorphic breast cell changes can have associations with LCIS (link) so that would explain the need for a biopsy to see if this is still at the benign stage or if these changes need treating in any way.
I opened up the breast group page and typed Pleomorphic into the search bar and got these results. You could start a new discussion there copying in your above text to see if anyone could shed some more light on this ?
How are you finding 2 years worth of Letrozole so far ? :-/
Hope this is of some help for now, G n' J
