Hi I have been newly diagnosed and have undergone a pet scan which revealed lymph nodes in my neck were hot spots and also bone marrow. Am so upset with all the uncertainty after biopsy results were inconclusive. More tests more waiting and I really dont want any of this, lost my mum to cancer and am struggling without her even after 21 years. Does anyone else feel totally fed up like me?
Hi and welcome to the Online Community, although I am sorry to see you finding us and so sorry to hear about what your are going through.
I have been in my cancer journey for 20 years so yes, we had lots of times when we’re feed up and stressed but we are still standing. It is what it is and we just had to roll the sleeves up and get through it.
A cancer diagnosis can bring a lot of stress, confusion and many questions but talking with people who are on the same journey can help a lot.
Can I direct you to this link to our very supportive Lung Cancer group as this will open up your concerns to a wider audience who know exactly what you are going through at the moment.
Just follow the link I have created then hit the ‘Join This Group’ tab just under the main group name, then go to the 'Start a Discussion' tab and set up your very own Discussion and introduce yourself to the group and ask your questions.
