Have just been told I have esophagus cancer and am waiting for a pet scan and told surgery.
What's the surgery like?
How long to recover after?
Is quality of living any different after?
Dose it hurt any worse than an angry Mrs no getting her breakfast on the toilet?
Am 41 and as yet been given very little info other than wait for the scan

A cancer diagnosis can bring a lot of stress, confusion and questions on all the family but talking with people who are on the same journey can help a lot.

Talking to people face to face can help a lot so check to see if you have any Local Macmillan Support in your area or a Maggie’s Centre as these folks are amazing.
