I have a customer at work who has been diagnosed with cancer however he cant currently work as he is a taxi driver and cant drive any ideas what financial support he ia entitled to as he is self employed and cant pay the bills its like a vicious circle

Being self employed can have a big impact on your life when you become ill

The only thing I can suggest is universal credit
