I was operated on 30th September 2019 with enlarged prostate from Uganda (though not cancerous). Last night I had a dream I was playing sex and I was wet. When I woke up, I was totally dry. Immediately my right hand testicle started swelling with terrible pains up to lower groins. The pains isn't subsiding. What could be the problems ?

You could join the prostate cancer group and see if any of the men in that group have had a similar experience to yourself. I haven't suggested this groups because I think you have cancer but just so that you can explain to others about your symptoms.
