Mastectomy with lat muscle reconstruction

Hi,

Not sure I'm in the right place, I finished Chemo 3 weeks ago and have my single mastectomy and reconstruction at the same time using my lat muscle next week.

So far all biopsy and scans show lymph nodes clear so we are hopefully it stays that way.

Anyone had this surgery and can advise on their recovery? Pain, movement in arm after etc.

Would really appreciate it
