I just joined here. I was diagnosed with breast cancer yesterday, didn't feel a lump, just had an inverted nipple. I am mainly calm and positive but i have my moments. I'm 35 from West Wales.

  • Hello and welcome to the community at we know must be a worrying time for you. Sorry to hear of your diagnosis, but you will get lots of support and advice here. We have a very friendly and supportive main Breast Group . There you will find others with lots of experience and will be able to guide you through this. There is also a less active group, but where you can share with others of your age group, Breast cancer for the under 50s . You can get to the groups by clicking the links and post in either or both by starting a new discussion. If you have any problems navigating the site, then just shout out. I hope all goes well. Hiya

I am 35 and was diagnosed in March 2018. Just want to say hi, you are not alone! We totally understand how you are feeling right now. Just wanted to let you know there is light at the end of your treatment tunnel! You will bombarded with so much info at first and it will be such at a fast pace, so just ask away

    xx

    Morning

Sorry to see you joining us here :-/

This is like a 'landing pad' for new members so we can point you in the right direction to get the support and help that is best suited Slight smile

J's only symptom was a nipple that was starting to invert as well - strange how something that could easily be overlooked leads to being hit with the cancer brick.

Do click on the two breast group links in Rily's reply above, join both groups and post an introductory message. There have been several new members join over the last few days who are at exactly the same stage as you (newly diagnosed)

Have you got a treatment plan as yet, and what is it ?

    Hugs/Cwtches from South Wales, G n' J
