Any ex smokers or still smokers here, how did diagnosis affect you?
Also a good question to put up in the Lung Cancer Forum.
Hi
my friend’s mother died of lung cancer 21 years ago. A lifelong smoker, she wasn’t about to let a little thing like lung cancer get in the way. Her standard answer to those who challenged her on her habit was “what’s it going to do? Kill me?”
Good point my mum said the same, I'm just gauging attitudes but know I've gotta give the smokes up soon :)
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
