Help needed for a step in the direction

Hello everyone, once again I find I am engaged with the awful disease. A close friend has just months to go on her journey and I am trying to put together a check list so that everything is in place if and when its needed. Do McMillan offer such a checklist as a resource to go through? thanks in anticipation. Simon

I am sorry to hear about your friend. It sounds like you’ve bee here before and that you’re ready to be a good friend again. It’s a precious gift to give someone, to be alongside them.
