Hi everyone,  i'm a fourteen year survivor of triple positive breast cancer with three nodes positive.  I was a member of the cancer buddies group some years ago and just decided to join up today but not sure where to start, Is there an area for long term survivors??  or if I can offer any advice or info to anyone here I'm happy to do that.

    Hi

wow! I’m so pleased for you - fourteen years!

One of the most important things this community provides is hope. I remember when I first joined the womb group with a high stage, high grade womb cancer. The statistics were truly horrible. I thought I’d be dead by year’s end. One of the first people to respond to me was a woman who’d had a similar diagnosis three years previously and was fit and well. It was as if I’d been sitting in the dark and she switched on the light.

If you feel like reaching out to those people who were you 14 years ago, you could go worse than look in on the triple negative breast cancer group.

Please don’t feel obliged though. Only if it’s right for you

    xx
