Hi,
I am a bit concerned regarding some symptoms I’ve had for a while. For a few months now I’ve had blood in my spit when my heart rate increases, this has increased in the past couple of weeks and I’ve noticed my glands are swollen. In addition to this, I have a abrasion on my ear that is a strange colour and has grown a little in the last couple of weeks. I’ve tried scrubbing it but it won’t go away.

I'm sorry to hear that you have some symptoms that you're worried about.
You are obviously worried that this could mean you have cancer as you're posting here but these symptoms could relate to any number of things. Please make an appointment to see your GP as only he or she can examine you and arrange for any further tests to be done if necessary.
Do come back and tell me how you get on at the GPs.
