Hi all
Does anyone suffer with severe fatigue when lymphoma is active and before it is treated. I am once again bone weary and getting worse which is why I think the biopsy will reveal my relapse. I have two lumps in the Parotid gland in my face next to my ear.
Hi and welcome to the Online Community but always sorry to see folks finding us.
I had a different type of Lymphoma that I was on Watch and Wait for 15 years and had no fatigue but we have had folks the complete opposite in our Lymphoma forums with long term fatigue before treatment, so the answer is yes, as it will be different for everyone.
The biopsy will give your team an indication what the FL is doing and a plan can be made from there. It is always worth telling your team about the fatigue.
Can I direct you to this link to our dedicated Follicular lymphoma Forums where you will connect with people who understand the journey you are on. You can ask the folks questions about tests, treatments and what to expect during the months ahead.
Follow the link above and join the group by hitting the ‘Join the Group’ tab just under the main group name and it is worth indicating how you want to receive email notifications when someone answers your posts.
Go to the 'Start a Discussion' tab just under the main group name and set up your own Discussion and introduce yourself to the group - you could just copy an paste what you have in this first post.
Keep posting as we are around to help walk this with you.
