Sorry to trouble you my husband had an mri scan for his joints however the gp rang to say it as shown cystic lesions in his nose which could be cancer his 52 we wait now for a consultant appointment.but we know nothing about this and where scared does any one have any knowledge on this please

Waiting to see a consultant is a very worrying time and it's natural to want to know as much as possible beforehand. Could I suggest that you join the head and neck cancer group. This isn't because I think your husband has cancer but because the knowledgeable people in that group should be able to answer your questions and tell you what will happen next.
