After a biopsy and a MRI, I have a diagnosis of two Sarcomas in my pelvis. I am in limbo waiting for doctors to decide what to do and how to do it. When I just want to get on with it. I do understand that these these things take time, but I am finding it tough. Things are complicated by a separate finding of IgG4 benign tumour in my neck which is wrapped around the carotid artery which also has to be dealt with.
Basically I am feeling sorry for my self and must try to hang on a bit longer.
Hi @quinkes and welcome to the community though sorry to hear you are facing another kind of cancer, Sarcoma is fairly rare so tends to be dealt with in a few specialist centres. My wife's cancer is different as she has Leiomyosarcoma.
Is your cancer a soft tissue type or bone type?
Certainly we can all relate to the issue of waiting and it is very worth knowing when the next appointment is, this stage makes us all feel sorry for ourselves, hope you get some news soon.
<<hugs>>
Steve
