Last week I have been diagnosed with breast cancer, this was found after having my first ever mamogram. Since then everything is happening so fast. I know that's a good thing but at the same time it's all so hard to get my head around. The result is that in to have a lumpectame, followed by radiotherapy. Trouble I'm having is that by tomorrow I've to decide which operation I want. To take out the cancer and then just simply leave my breast alone or to have an uplift in the other breast so I will look the same I do appreciate that I have to be the one to make the final decision, but I'm so mixed up and confused by it all. Any advice would truly be appreciated and I thank you in advance
Suggest you post this in the Breast cancer group, where ppl with similar experiences will see it x
