I have a very sore to touch red inflammed lump on breast next to my breast bone. I am worried about it. It has grown in size over the last month. Also it moves around and is about the same size as a grape. Does this sound like a cyst? Help please

It's always very worrying when you find something has happened with your body that you're not expecting. As none of us here are medically trained the best advice I can give you is to make an appointment to see your GP as only he or she can tell you whether this is a cyst or not.
Hopefully, it'll turn out to be nothing to worry about but the sooner you see your GP the sooner you'll know what you're dealing with.
