this guy would not let me use toilet in closed ares despite having card saying have prostate cancer and needed toilet
Hi and a warm welcome to the online community
I'm sorry to hear of your recent difficulties when wanting to use a toilet in a closed area. It must have been a very distressing experience for you.
I've found this information on the Macmillan Toilet Card but it does say that access is at the discretion of the establishment. Perhaps you could write to or email the company involved and explain why you and others might need a toilet urgently. It could be that the person who wouldn't let you use the facilities is not aware of the scheme.
If you want to speak to someone at Macmillan about your experience you can phone their Support Line on 0808 808 0000. It's free to call and available daily from 8am to 8pm.
