Hi it's less than a week that I've been diagnosed with breast cancer feeling rather lost and all over the place and don't know where to start. I'm not one to normally reach out for help. But know I can't do this alone.
Hi
And nor should you have to do this alone. Not when there’s a whole community of folk who know just what it’s like to be two weeks post diagnosis and feeling all over the place. I’m glad you’ve reached out for help and I hope you’ll find it here in the community.
A good place to connect with women who will help you feel less alone is the breast cancer group. Just click on the highlighted link, join the group and when you’re ready, start a discussion. If you prefer just to read the conversations to start with, that’s ok too.

All the best
Hi Lekky1977, I am also newly diagnosed and all over the place. From what I can understand from the discussions on here, this time (new diagnosis) and awaiting results are the worst times but there does seem to be a lot of positivity. I've also found a lot of positive breast cancer stories on mumsnet, which have really helped me. It's a terrifying time but we will get through - we have to, right? Virtual hugs...
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
