Hi and a very warm welcome to the online community
I'm so sorry to read that after being treated successfully for oesophagus cancer last year you've now discovered that it has spread to your liver and lymph nodes. This must be a very distressing time for you.
I see that you have found the secondary liver cancer group and I'm sure you'll get answers to questions and support from others if you post there. We also have a secondary lymph node group if you feel you would benefit from joining that group too.
When you feel ready, could pop something about your cancer experience into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Edit Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
Wishing you all the best
