Hi I was diagnosed almost 3 years ago with secondary bone cancer and for the first two years we didn,t know this type of forum existed an my wife an I just lurched through each day alone, so now here I am my names Eddie I,m 56 my first diagnosis was that I had 3-6 months to live an 3 years later I,m still here, not always easy still have some very dark angry days but things are not as bad as they are for some people.

I'm glad to hear how wrong the doctors were with your prognosis! I don't know if you've had chance to have a look at the various groups here but you might like to join the secondary bone cancer group and, if you feel it's appropriate, the living with incurable cancer group.
In both groups you can ask questions, share experiences and get support. To join these groups just click on the links I've created and then choose 'join this group' on the pages that open. You can then introduce yourself by selecting 'start a discussion' and respond to existing posts by clicking on 'reply'.
When you have a minute it would be really useful if could pop something about your journey into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Edit Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
