Hi
I am so sorry to hear about your mum. You’ve been living with cancer for a long time now and it’s no wonder you’re anxious and panicky.
You have done the right thing in seeking help from a health professional. I hope the nurse will take you seriously but that it will turn out to be a false alarm. I hope the nurse will also refer you on to the GP for some support around your state of mind.
Meanwhile, I wonder if you might get some help from the folks in the bereaved family and friends group

I lost my mum to cancer 20 years ago. I can tell you that you will feel better in time - but that may not be of help right now.
Xx
