Hello and welcome to the community, although sorry to hear about your partner and the situation you find yourself in. Any cancer diagnosis has a huge impact on everyone involved, not just the patient. It is not unusual the way your partner is behaving. Some people just cannot come to terms with things and it takes time. We have a very supportive group here where you will find others in similar situations to your self, and where people understand Family and Friends . Click the link to get to the group and post your concerns there. You should get support and advice from others in the same boat. It may also help to talk to someone in person. I recommend you call the free helpline on 0808 808 0000 (open till 8pm). They have friendly experts on hand who can offer some advice. I hope all goes well. Best wishes.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
