hi
welcome to the online community, sorry you've had to come and find us
I'm going to say possibly because I had Herceptin for primary breast cancer and it wasn't until near the end of the 18 rounds that I discovered that 'low mood' is a thing, I thought it was just breaking my nails every time I tried to do up a button getting me down.
Obviously having to deal with cancer is going to cause you stress but having something to pin it on helps, well, I find it helps.
Why not head over to either the main breast group or the secondary group to share your problems, a problem shared is a problem halved?
I find sometimes just typing up what's bothering me helps ease the burden.
If you feel it is linked is there something you can do to help, is there a yoga group near you or something ????
I find driving around and singing at full volume helps me.
