7 months post surgery I have Lymphedema in both legs. The clinic has been providing measured compression stockings.
I'm looking for any advice or experience in keeping them stable.
I was given some 'Klebi' skin glue, and as that has run out have purchased some from a brand 'Medi'.
(the Klebi is better but have been told that the clinic can't keep supplying it).
The cost of the glue seems extortionate.
The problem is that as soon as I bend or move the glue breaks its seal and the stockings can move. They end up bunching behind my knees and cut off circulation. This is then a barrier to doing any exercise.
I need to find something better to hold the stockings in position and something to protect the backs of my knees.
Can anyone recommend anything?
Thanks
J
