Well i play music every day, as i am here on my own, and i have a wide spectrum of taste, so it got me thinking, and that can be hard, the first record i ever bought and this will give my age away.
So the first record or cd you ever bought, for that what song.
Mine was Stupid Cupid by Connie Francis a lot of younger members will not have heard of her.
I did not even have anything to play it on was hoping Father Christmas would bring me a Record Player and he did.
Have a good Day,
Ellie x
Hi ellie 73 It was my birthday and I treated myself to 2 records - Rock a Hula Baby by Elvis think Can't help falling in love was the flip side. The other was Love Letters by Ketty Lester - influenced by my Dad no doubt.
Nowadays I find a good blast of Coldplay lifts me up and you can't beat Motown! Think I'll go a put some on - it's a beautiful day!

My good friend who loved a trip away left the church to Cliff Richards Summer Holiday that made us all smile in memory of her. I'm thinking of Club Tropicana in there somewhere but also thinking of a private cremation then a party for family and friends where I've chosen the full playlist because there's far to much good music for a church service.
My girls want Dolly Parton singing Mama just to get everyone's tears flowing and I think I want Luther Vandross singing Impossible Dream. Really my choices change all the time that's why I think it might be the party option
