Hiya everyone. Well ive had few busy days and that's good ad it takes my mind of things. I've had lovley facial and been for meditation along with doing other things. I hope you are all keeping well well as well as you can be xx
Hi Bev, been busy helps to keep your mind occupied, and have a bit of normality.
Also a bt of me time, des each and every one of us some good, I do like meditation, and have learnt to do it at home, very relaxing.

Hi Bev, I wonder if you have tried a free app called Headspace? It's to help you meditate at home. Quite a few people on here use it. Also meditating with headphones on helps to block out other sounds and helps you concentrate on the music which if practised enough, can help block other thoughts too!
