Good morning folks. As on the brain cancer section I will be brief - it’s my way. I have the above. Just had a large part of tumour removed. Healing well. Convulsions seem to be under control and no pain. Waiting for radiotherapy and I am told ,constant chemotherapy until I can stand it no more. I am positive, quite cheerful too. I have no time to waste being miserable if honest. I am sure I’ll get the odd day though. My wife is trying to be similar bless her.
so that’s me,and thanks for letting me in here
Slowly is the way,for sure. There is no work now. Impossible. But a little gardening and fishing is my aim. Got to be as fit as I can be as my treatment starts soon. It’s gonna be tough.. My wife calls me her Viking Warrior,so I can assure you that I am going to fight!
I’m in the same club as all of you,and love you all.xx
Hi Mumf , and welcome.
Yes we don't want to be here but glad we are. Cuz here, we understand what each of us feels or is going through. I had a brain tumor removed left frontal lobe..was lung cancer and had radiation...very little headache, fatigue and ask for cream to put on every day for the burns before you get them. And ....good luck!!!
Ps i was given 10 to 12 months...in October 2015!!!!
I have no time to waste being miserable
Great quote! I'm going to hold on to this. Good attitude. Good luck with your treatment.
