Sore backaide

Hello- I should keep a diary but previously when on chemotherapy I have had a sore backside. I think it went away when I started using Mepilex wound dressings. However this no longer seems to work with the Folfox chemotherapy. I have also tried with creams but none seemed to work. I have used eumovate, metanium and hemorrelax.

Try Weleda Calendula salve, which is very good for any sore areas and broken skin too. A little goes a long way. You can get it on Amazon and through health store outlets. Hope you find some relief soon. Take care, Rainie x

I have started using the Weleda ointment. Immediately I can feel the relief. To say I am relieved is an understatement! It’s not completely cleared up but so much better already. Big thanks to Rainieday!

I use Conotrane which you should be able to get over the counter, but not all pharmacies stock it.
