Firstly since updates today has taken me 45 minutes to get here? Not impressed!
Well yesterday had the worst fatigue I've ever had. My phone seemed to weigh a ton. I've thought fatigue before but nothing like this just laid on sofa don't think I could do anything. But today feel more like ME, THANK GOD. Moan over .Hope your all having a good day XX
Bless you, fatigue is the worst thing i think. Like you say it makes everything such an effort, even something simple like changing the channel on the tv is exhausting. i feel your pain. Glad you are feeling better today. get out there and enjoy the sun.

Thanks Chelle for the advice. Apparently it's suppose to be sunny all next week so hope to go to Southport and have fish and chips and a walk along the beach
