Hi Hopefully the picture can be seen - finally got it to work (I think). Me with some of my family after completing the Maggies walk last weekend. Weather was gorgeous - what a difference a week makes now have grey skies and rain. x Actually think I have now posted it in the wrong place !
My favourite walk - the prom is 12 miles long was a time I could walk the length but not now - found just 5km was more than enough I think the little b's in my lungs are growing as I am more conscious of my breathing recently - will find out on 7th July. Sadly the sun has been absent most of this weekend not sure where it's gone but on the plus side the roads have been quieter without the day trippers aka "grockles" as they are known amongst locals causing tailbacks into the area. x Now I know how to upload photos will take some more.
