Covid Vaccines & Immunotherapy - positive outcomes

This has been in the news recently.  Studies have shown that the covid vaccine, combined with optimum timing of immunotherapy, has positive effects on the immune system and people are living longer than those who haven't had the vaccine,

  • A very interesting post  Mmum, thank you for bringing it to our attention, I  noticed near the end  the US government despite the hugely promising results decided to cut funding, I hope this isn't big pharma being obstructive.

  • Isn't it really annoying when you get to the end of the first or second paragraph online and you're faced with a subscription paywall?

    Don't know what it's like in GB but here in Northern Ireland if like me you're a member of the library, I can access dozens of newspapers for free. Anyone in England, Scotland or Wales able to do the same if you're a library member?

    Seems to be a similar mechanism as can be achieved by using chemo alongside a PD-1 inhibitor (as I had) to kick start the immune system.
