My second cycle on Monday didn't go as planned. I had an allergic reaction to the nivolumab, which was scary. The ipimumab went ok
In the early hours of weds I had to rush to hospital with breathing difficulties. I am home, still breathless, but not as bad. I can only walk about 5 yards before getting too breathless and having to rest. I have big bruises and several other things going on.
Has anyone else experienced this? I am scared I will have to stop the immunotherapy.
Hi Lucy, I am on nivobumab and have been ok on it for 35 low dose rounds, it's palative to give me more time. I'm so sorry to hear your having a bad time. Maybe like Ellie said they may lower the dose. Hang in there, they'll come up with something to sort out your treatment. Sending big hugs xx
