What Chemo do you have? Do you still have hair?

I have had all of them, though immunotherapy was after the chemo so sperate,

To be honest i was not bother about my hair, if the treatment worked, i did keep my hair, though it did go quiet thinner,

I feel quite shallow talking about hair loss. But it does bother me.

My hair doesn't so much feel thinner as a bit dry and flyaway. 

.I've read on all the info that this combo doesn't always cause hair loss but was interested to know people's real experiences.

If it happens, though always grows back, hope others come along.for you.

Hi Harebelle - I was reading a CBT book for people with cancer and they repeatedly used the chemo and hair loss example.  It's really natural to feel the way you are feeling about it.  Many do.  No real experience of it.  That is all xXx

Monica, May I ask what chemo you were on that made you lose your hair and was it every 3 weeks?

I had docetaxel, all my hair has fallen out. I have had 6 rounds of chemo, and my scans so far are clear so I am on maintenance or immunotherapy, hormone therapy and bone strengthening injection. No chemo thank god, as that has got to be the worse thing I have ever experienced in my life.

Maintenance is great, no side effects and I feel like a normal person again.

I had C/C and immuno...no hairloss!!!!

Strangely enough on C/C I have kept hair on my head but my nose runs a lot, so guessing I have less nose hairs!
