Hi Is anyone else having chemo with this drug. My side effect, dry heaving, vomiting and extreme fatigue seem to get worse with each treatment. It's 8 days after my third dose and I have 5 doses to go. Any advice please.
Hi Missymoo2 sorry I do not have personal experience of this chemo, but wanted to ask if you have been given anti sickness drugs for the side effects? Are you managing to keep any fluids down? If it gets worse please seek medical advice.
Thank you for your advice. Yes am taking anti sickness mess but they don't help. It's the dry heaving that's the worst.. It seems to get worse with each treatment and as I've 5 more to go I'm a bit apprehensive. I will speak with my oncologist.Fingers crossed.
Missymoo2
Sometimes they are able to tweak the levels of chemo so definitely worth talking to them about the sickness.
