Thank you Chelle, hey I was half right, and I hope you have a lovely time in Wales with the family, and im sure you'll manage to squeeze another getaway in before Essex, Yorkshires nice

Thanks Tvman, Evie's recovery has been amazing, and everyone believes complete, and Evie's been promised another trip to the Scilly's in September.
Not sure she'd miss much at school, as hardly any of the kids who go there like it, and nobody has any faith in the headmaster, thankfully he's to be replaced soon. XX
Good evening to you all,
hope it has been a good day all round. Mine has not been so great. Was told today that I have a met at my liver. So far apparently it is not overly big but it is there. We are continuing with the present treatment plan and I am starting my tablets tomorrow again. Another scan on the 24th and take it from there. Have a cosy evening, whatever you are doing. Big hug from
Angie and Lilly xxxx
Oh so sorry to hear about the met Angie. Can it be ablated? There are many ways to control liver mets - ablation, radiotherapy, surgery. Hope the chemo is going OK for you this cycle.
Sending you lots of hugs
Stella & Winston
So glad to hear Evie is fully recovered from her fall. Everyone must be so relieved. Have a wonderful time Eddie. Is it also very hot for you? Getting to 30C here. X
Thank you sweetheart, Evie's as good as new, and sadly we're not basking in the hot weather here, it's about 10⁰C cooler, xxx
Had my telephone consultation with the haemotologist yesterday afternoon after bloods taken on Wednesday. I'm afraid it's more of the same. Haemoglobin very low, neutrophils very low and platelets seem to have clotted but looking through a microscope there are some platelets but not quantifiable. So same old story, not going to improve, just slowly worsen. My Nivestim for the neutrophils is going to be doubled from next week to try to improve them.
My haemotologist sent a request while we were talking for the angina clinic to see me because on exertion ie cutting the grass (going up a hill) I'm having symptoms of someone sitting on my chest. I'm known to the heart people, having had a heart attack a few years ago so maybe it'll be just a matter of prescribing a GTN spray that opens up the arteries. Fingers crossed firmly!
Tvman x
