Good morning everyone,
Just setting up a new chat thread for August. If you would like to catch up on July's chat you can click here. Please note that it's now locked, so you won’t be able to reply to that thread.
The chit chat thread is for: Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
No Lee she sits beside me and waits until she is given something. She is very good at mealtimes .I have normally a very small little dish for her for some chicken or meat. She is used to eat out of that if she gets any little treat now and then. Hugs all round

Looks good Angie. I've just come back from a 70th birthday where no one knew about my illness. It was quite refreshing as was the food and drink lol. I did get tired and we were back in the hotel at 11 but it was nice not having to deal with awkward and/or silly questions. I hope you are all making the most of your Sunday.

Hi Ellie have you tried citronella candles? We went to the pub the other day and they were lit on every table and guess what no wasps. I have been looking at them on Amazon I presume its okay to burn them indoors but not sure. Have a good day x Did you every hear how original Lee was doing after his op?
Lee 2x
Morning
Thanks will check candles out.
I have not heard from Lee origin, well not yet.
I have appointment at 2.45 and another at 4pm, both hospitals nothing exciting.
Another appointment tomorrow scan and another scan Saturday and one next Monday, worn out thinking about them/
You enjoy rest of your day. x
Good morning everyone, it's blowing a hooley here in Northern Ireland, we've had a few potted plants blowing over as well as a tripod in a tub containing sweet peas. It's going to be much worse in Scotland and I feel for them.
I have an appointment at the Ulster hospital for bloods today, results were poor 4 weeks ago so they want to check earlier than the normal 8 weeks. Tbh, bloods are poor every time but they have been particularly poor for the last 6 months or so. I'm not normally apprehensive but maybe this time there's a little nervous tension creeping in.
