Good morning all everyone,
Just setting up a new chat thread for May. If you would like to catch up on April's chat you can click here. Please note that it's now locked, so you won’t be able to reply to that thread.
The chit chat thread is for:
Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.
If you have a special topic please start a new thread so people that wish to see it can, and can comment.
Morning all, I'm back from my break across the border, which was very lovely and peaceful and a chance to forget our worries as much as possible. I can see the forum has been very busy and I look forward to catching up later but just wanted to say that I did not know Ulls but it is deeply touching to read the recent posts and to see how much he meant to many of you. Humbling to know that such strong and supportive friendships can be developed even under these circumstances, I am so sorry for your loss xx
Love to all
Marie
Good morning
It finally rained here! I am sure I will be moaning about the rain soon but it is quite peaceful to hear the rain at 4am today.
Not much happening today , try to recover from yesterday’s trip to Chelsea.
I have spruced up the downstair loo a bit. It is tiny but with some flowers it looks more cheerful.
Hope everyone has a relaxing weekend.
Good morning. Stella I am so pleased to hear about your Mom, you all must be so relieved. You certainly have a wonderful talent for flower arranging they look lovely. Hope everyone enjoys their bank holiday weekend.

What a change in weather here, windy, grey little miserable out there.
Just prepared my dinner, going to cook myself a roast, happy days.
My eldest grandson went on holiday Friday, we have a family watts up, and last night, a message comes threw, he is on his knees, asking his partner to marry him, happy days, all round.
Enjoy the rest of your day, what ever you have in store.

Feeling a bit low today , cancer and therapies are hitting my energy levels so I haven’t gone out as planned and am home alone . Never mind , had a lovely meal out last night with family and a couple of glasses of wine and forgot about cancer for a few hours
Need to stop feeling sorry for and roll with the fatigue today I guess
