Good morning all everyone,
Just setting up a new chat thread for May. If you would like to catch up on April's chat you can click here. Please note that it's now locked, so you won’t be able to reply to that thread.
The chit chat thread is for:
Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.
If you have a special topic please start a new thread so people that wish to see it can, and can comment.
Thanks Patrick, I certainly found a little time to enjoy the garden. Today, Mrs Tvman, our son and I travelled to Newcastle, County Down and had a leisurely stroll along the promenade, a bite to eat followed by ice cream of course from one of the many ice cream parlours that have sprung up in the last 3 or 4 years. There was a brisk north easterly breeze that kept the temperature down just as the eastern side of England is experiencing in the last few days. Newcastle is where, as the song goes, the mountains of Mourne sweep down to the sea. Slieve Donard, the highest mountain in Northern Ireland, had its summit shrouded in a light mist that kept swirling around.

Evening TvMan, I just caught up with the forum. Reading your post made my mind go down memory lane. My treatment this week has been put forward to next week Friday, neutrophils are too low for treatment this week. Bloods next Tuesday again and fingers crossed that my results will have improved. Hope all of you have had a good day. Stella I hope Winston has not been in the huffs again. Lilly is at present sound asleep, after a good long plodding about in the field behind me. Time to get sorted for sleep. Hug to you all from

Hi Angie and Lily
I have a telephone consultation tomorrow afternoon and I'll find out the state of my blood then. The blood wasn't too good last time as my bone marrow is failing. Hope it's a slow journey because I have lots of gardening to do lol
Tvman

Angie I hope your bloods behave on Tuesday so that you can have your next treatment!
Hi Kate, It certainly is not too hot here to sleep but I’m usually awake at silly o’clock.
