Morning everyone!
Sorry I haven't been posting for a couple of days.
I'm currently staying at my husband's house (we live separately) looking after his 2 dogs and Candy. He was unwell before the weekend, and taken into the local hospital on Saturday night. Unfortunately, they discovered he'd had a heart attack, so he was transferred to a specialist unit near Glasgow.
He's doing OK, and waiting for procedures, possibly a stent fitting. Seems to be in good spirits, though I can only contact by phone.
So I'm 'camped out' at his house, have cancelled all my arrangements for the week, and just waiting for news.
What a b--ger! Life....you just never know what's round the next corner!
Love to everyone, hope you all have a good week!
xxx Kate
Morning Puddock, I'm sorry to hear Mike's had to be taken 80 miles away to Glasgow, but he will get looked after well there, and as someone who has had a few stents over the last year, they really are a minor procedure these days, though your not allowed to drive for a week afterwards, I'm sure he'll be home before you know it.
love Eddie xx
Sorry to hear your news Candysmum hope your husband is now on the road to recovery and us back home soon. Such a stressful time, especially with him being so far away! It must be so hard just to sit and wait. Hopefully the dogs will keep you busy x
Sorry to hear about Mike. Hope he is now on the road to recovery.
Thank you for the shampoo suggestion Annett, maybe I will get to use it one day.
Sunny and not too cold here. I am getting new carpet fitted so looking for to that. Mind you Winston has already throw up some hairballs on the floor! He has triple coat so it is just a nightmare to brush and the shedding is everywhere. So I expect the carpet shall be new for about 10mins!
xx
Morning Stella, If there are any pieces of carpet leftover, you can get them cut to size and edged, to make perfect sized and matching rugs for hard wearing area's or Winston's bed.

Dear Kate, so sorry to hear about your Husband’s condition. I will be thinking of you and your loved ones. Thankfully the roads are so much better, so travelling will not be an additional burden. Keep strong and I am sure everyone here will be keeping you in their thoughts.
love Angie and Lilly xx
Good Afternoon, and what a lovely one it is, here, sun out no frost, no heating on and windows open, what a difference a day makes'.
Hoovered and dusted all way threw, washing done, just having one person stay makes more mess, how six of us lived here, beggars belief.
Hope all are good, afternoon Lee hope things gong your way m friend.
I have kept some extras for Winston. When he was a kitten, I bought him a really soft and lovely cat bed. He instead used it as a toilet! Any laundry, clothes are all toilet trays to him!
