Yes another year nearly gone, so out with the old.
Then I started to think.
I live in an old house, so goes well with me.
We are a like, in needing a lot of work doing, to put things right.
Needs a good rub down and a good coat of paint.
Get rid of the scratches with a good primer to., and fill the gaps that have appeared, threw and threw..
Every thing needs a good, oil, and the squawks and squeaks are getting worse, not a morning chorus thats for sure, the sweet tune that was mellow, now its grunts and groans, for all to hear.
So where does one start, not really sure.
So this old house has some life in it still, that will do me., as I am not going over the hill.
When the house falls down, then I will to, until then this old house will do.
Hi Ellie, That could be my old house you were talking about.
Reminds me of a song by (was it Shakin Stevens)?
Yes I could be doing with some oil on the joints!
I do hope 2025 is kinder than 2024!!
Health & Happiness is wished for ALL
(they are the special things in life that money can't buy!!)
Love Annette x
