New month, new thread - as requested by ellie 73
Description:
Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.
If you have a special topic please start a new thread so people that wish to see it can, and can comment.
Good morning everyone. hope we're all ok.
Lee, up with the larks again, and Ringo taken care off, enjoy your shopping and your meal out tonight.
Hnickkie, not sure we've met, but it's nice to meet you, spaghetti Bolognese is fab, a family favourite everyone enjoys, though if it's adults only I put a little red wine in, I have a friend who puts a teaspoon of instant coffee in the stock, I know it sounds weird but it works.
Ellie, please pass on my best wishes to your brother, don't know if I told you but my idiot brother has cancer and is due his operation early next month, I know what you mean about it never ending, I've gone away for a week and still have to go to the local "hospital" twice, book appointments and tests, as well as chase up results, anyway how are you doing Ellie,
Eddie xx
Morning, the bit of string gets longer.
did not know regarding your brother, thats what mine has, only there last Wednesdays.
Its going to b a nice day, would love to cut my grass, but, knowing me, will fall over, because of eyes.
Just want or need a bit of me back.
The print has changed here, god knows what i have pressed.
You have a pleasant day.
Hiya Eddie
we have spoken once before about our dogs, your poppy and my Toby boy x I’m still new to the group but have been lurking for a while before I felt ready to say hi, I’ve had my diagnosis for over a year and have followed this forum since, lolll I’m not a weird stalker person honest ! Everyone on here is amazing and makes me feel that there’s more to my life than living with cancer x I found hope and happiness and laughter just reading this forum changed how I felt about my incurable diagnosis x
Good afternoon Lee, I do wish I had a bit more life in me first thing in the morning. Not a morning person at all. Being told to can normal coffee and go de-caffeinated is not helping the situation at all . Enjoy your meal out tonight. I made a pork roast yesterday so shall have some tonight with new potatoes, green beans and carrots. Oncologist phoned to say my bloods are fine for Fridays treatment, hooray to that. Big hug to you all
Alana and Lilly xx
Hello Hnickkie and hello from the North East of Scotland. My furry companion is a cat named Lilly. I used to have dogs and cats but sadly it would be too much for me to give a dog the attention and proper care they deserve.Autumn is a lovely time here too, ignoring the storms we have had lately and all the rain of course. Enjoy your dinner and have a cosy evening.
love Alana and Lilly xx
