New month, new thread - as requested by ellie 73
Description:
Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.
If you have a special topic please start a new thread so people that wish to see it can, and can comment.
ellie 73 you have had such a lot going on recently with hospital appointments and eye treatment, then the plumbing issue and now the freezer, I am not at all surprised you are feeling a little low. But knowing you as I do, I know you will brush yourself off and be back to your normal self before long. Xx
It has cooled down a bit here, but still no rain, I might have to go out and do a rain dance in the garden.
I wanted to share something that might interest the men in the group. I listen to a lot of pod casts, and I have come across a recent one on BBC Sounds. It’s made by Jon Holmes who himself has had prostate cancer, and the podcast is all about men who have had cancer in one form or another. He talks to lots of celebrities about their experience and it is good to hear men open up about their experiences in a true honest and factual way. It’s called Jon Holmes says the C word.
Sounds a lot like a Maggie's meeting, we talk about everything, no one and no subject missed out, well except that we don't have any celebrities.
That sounds good Ulls it is good you have a safe place to go and talk to other people.
Yes has been a lot, just give me a break, not to much to ask for.
Yesterday at the point, nothing left to give in all aspects of my life.
Daughter and grandson been over today and they have moved the old one out, and used my credit card and ordered a new one.
Have quiet a few appointments on the agenda trying to fit everything in, is like doing a jigsaw,
Hope you are well still 24 here tonight, i did a rain dance the other night, must have done it wrong has not worked yet.
